We will combine kettlebell, boxing, calisthenics and bodyweight exercises to burn calories and build muscle more efficiently. The workout gets your heart pumping and uses up to 20 calories per minute, which is about as much as running a 6-minute mile! All you need is a towel, water bottle, a yoga mat, and be prepared to SWEAT!
