11:00 am - Author & Plant Enthusiast Diane Burns "Easy Uses For Calendula and Other Edible Flowers.
12:00 pm - Chef Dan Resch - Chef Dan has an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and has worked in some of the best restaurants and bars in the world.
12:30 pm - Herbal Food Sampling featuring a taco/salsa bar.
