Event Description:
The Rhinelander High School FBLA/DECA chapter will host its 3rd Annual Run for Our Heroes 5K Run/Walk on September 26th. The all-ages event includes a scenic autumn run/walk through the CAVOC trails, a t-shirt, lunch, and awards, with proceeds benefiting the Northwoods Veterans Homestead and its mission to help homeless veterans regain self-sufficiency. Awards will recognize the top three youth, adult, and senior male and female finishers. The event is supported by several community sponsors, and spectators are encouraged to come cheer on the runners and walkers. Early registration by September 15th is recommended to guarantee t-shirt size.

Date/Time Information:
Day of registration begins at 9 am, opening ceremony at 10 am, race starts at 10:15 am, awards ceremony and lunch at 11:45 am

$25 registration fee for participants under 15, $30 registration fee for those 18 an older
