Event Description:
Chef Tom's next sourdough class will include the process of implementing wet and dry inclusions, and topical inclusions. He will talk about focaccia, bagels, batards with cheeses, pickles, fruit, jalapenos, and seasonings. Tastings included. CT will briefly go over the starter for those that did not attend the Intro to Sourdough Class, and take home a starter.
