BEGINNING STARGAZING AND INTRODUCTION TO SMART TELESCOPES by Jim Head Join us for a brief overview of our Solar System, the Milky Way Galaxy, and the Universe. Learn what to see in the sky throughout the year, and discover when it’s best to view planets, meteor showers, aurora, eclipses, the Milky Way, and distant galaxies. We’ll demonstrate the tools used and stargazing aids, along with how to select binoculars or a small telescope, including the new “smart” telescopes that automatically show you where objects are in the sky.
