Healing HeArts
“Winter blues” affects many of us this time of year – and is even greater if accompanied by loss or social isolation. Healing HeArts offers art projects as an outlet that can help lift our spirits, after long winter months or any time of year. You’ll be guided by instructors that have experienced loss and are trained in art therapy. Art experience and/or creative abilities are not required or expected. The projects are personal and confidential - participants are not required to share with others but can do so if they choose.
Date and Time: Wednesday, Mar. 6, 5:30-7:00 pm
Ages: adults
Instructor: Louise Perreault / Old School Arts & Learning Center
Fee: $20/person
Location: RHS Library
