Join us at this FREE all-ages program to discover festive facts about the various native conifers that decorate the Northwoods landscape. Find out what unique adaptations make conifers hardy enough to survive the cold and snow, and how this has made them symbolic of winter in stories and folklore all across the world. Then hone your skills and learn tips for identifying fir, spruce, pine, tamarack, and more with dichotomous keys and digital resources.
