About the Course:
A management plan helps provide a framework for successfully working with foundations or government agencies once funding is awarded. It is important to
consider all of the requirements and needs, beginning with the pre-application phase and continuing through award acceptance, implementation, and closeout.
This one-day course covers the participant's ability to navigate funding agency objectives in the development of grant proposals, with a focus on grant management and project implementation, grant reporting, and data management. Participants will use templates and resources provided during the training to meet funding agency compliance measures, monitor project deliverables, and plan for reporting.
The primary goal of this course is to expand on the participants' skills and experiences in implementing grant funded projects.
The training is for individuals and teams from an agency, organization, or department.
