Event Description:
First Weber is having a fundraiser for the Northwoods Veterans Homestead outdoors in their parking lot. They will be serving a pulled pork sandwich plate with coleslaw & chips, baked goods, soda and water.
NVH is a non-profit group that is dedicated to helping homeless veterans regain self-sufficiency through supportive services. Their current project is creating a haven of "Little Houses" around a community building where homeless Veterans can get the support they need to become self-sufficient. They have already purchased land and are looking toward funding the next phase of their project, clearing the land and preparing for building. First Weber is excited to support this group and housing for Veterans.
