NAMI Northern Lakes 8th Annual Mental Health Retreat

Join NAMI Northern Lakes for two days of meaningful activities, peaceful reflection and connection at our beautiful new venue, Crescent Lake Bible Camp. The retreat begins at 9 a.m. on October 3 and concludes at 3 p.m. on October 4. This is a FREE event! Our special guest speaker, Belinda Morey, will present each day on: -Breaking down the stigma and shame that often surround mental health—and letting go of the baggage we may carry because of those experiences. -Recognizing that progress is progress, no matter how it looks from the outside. We’ll celebrate the “millimeter moments”—the small but meaningful steps forward that support our mental health and well-being. Food will be provided, and lodging is available, but not required.
