Winter Solstice in the Garden Community Celebration

Welcome the return of the light on the darkest day of the year in the Northwoods Community Garden. Wisconsin winters give us good reason to find warmth and light by gathering together and braving the cold. The highlight of the event is the traditional solstice fire. This year's sculpture will be created by Deborah Ketchum Jircik, Jeanne Debbink, and Tony Drehfal. Sip hot beverages while watching the fire and participating in other solstice traditions. This event is hosted in partnership with the Northwoods Community Garden.
This Campus Event is occurring in conjunction with the Snow Labyrinth Workshop.
