Rouman Cinema in partnership with Project Connect is offering Oneida County teens ages 11-15 years old the opportunity to connect with other teens at The Rouman Cinema starting June 18 and every other Wednesday. These events include a movie ticket to choice movie, small popcorn, and small soda.
