Under the general supervision of the Director of Strategic Enrollment, the Registrar leads the student records functions for the College, ensuring accurate and efficient services and information to students, alumni, faculty, administrators, and external agencies. The Registrar leads and manages key operations related to academic records, class schedules, registration, academic calendar, degree verifications, and the
evaluation of transfer credit and credit for prior learning.

Qualified candidates possess a Bachelor's Degree; a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in registration, enrollment management, student success coaching/academic advising, or records management; and have experience with student information systems and MS Office.
The ideal candidate also possesses a Master's Degree; administrative and supervisory experience; experience working as a Registrar or Associate Registrar; experience with degree audit reporting, degree evaluation, transfer information systems such as
Transferology, and imaging systems; and experience implementing Student Information System software.
