Ahlstrom’s Rhinelander paper mill is HIRING NOW for Administrative Vacation Relief and Utility Technician roles. These positions provide coverage across multiple departments and offer strong pay, benefits, and long-term career potential.
What You’ll Do
- Perform quality testing and data collection to ensure paper meets specifications
- Support operations with troubleshooting, process optimization, and quality assurance
- Complete data entry using Excel, Outlook, and JD Edwards
- Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail
- Pay starting at $24.00/hr, with increases after probation/training (up to $30.39/hr) with overtime opportunities
- $1,000 retention bonus
- Vacation benefits after probation

- Rotating swing shifts, 8–12 hours (nights, weekends, holidays required)
