RHINELANDER AREA CHAMBER CONTINUES BUNDLE UP PROGRAM

RHINELANDER, WI - The Rhinelander Area Chamber of Commerce (RACC) invites residents to participate in the Big Bundle Up campaign, an effort to provide warm winter clothing for those in need. Residents are invited to donate new or gently used coats, sweaters, hats, mittens and other warm clothing items. Big Bundle Up used to be a state-run campaign. While the state program has ended, RACC wants to see the program continue locally.
Donating warm winter items is the perfect way to give to local families in need as the holiday giving season approaches. A box will be located at the Rhinelander Chamber of Commerce, 450 W. Kemp Street, for donors to drop off warm clothing items from December 2 – 30, 2024. All items donated will be given to Warm for Winter Clothing Pantry.
In addition to the Rhinelander Chamber, Hodag10s is partnering on the Big Bundle Up and will also serve as a collection site. Hodag10s has a drop off site at Northland Insurance Agency, located at 131 Randall Ave. in Rhinelander.
If you are in need of winter clothing, Warm for Winter distribution dates are held at First Congregational UCC Church at 135 E Larch Street in Rhinelander, traditionally from October through March on the last Saturday of each month from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM and the second Monday of each month from 4:00-6:00 PM.
