Y Offers Two-Day Christmas Theater Bus Trip

Get into the holiday spirit with the YMCA of the Northwoods on a festive two-day coach bus trip featuring two spectacular dinner theaters, Christmas shopping, and plenty of holiday fun! The trip takes place Thursday, December 10 through Friday, December 11, with stops in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin Dells, and Wausau.

The adventure begins Thursday, December 10, with an 8:30 a.m. departure from the YMCA of the Northwoods. After a lunch stop at a Culver’s, the group will check in at the Country Inn & Suites in Fort Atkinson before heading to the Fireside Dinner Theatre. At the Fireside, we’ll enjoy a spectacular buffet dinner, time to browse the boutique shops, and a professional performance of “A Christmas Story,” the hilarious holiday classic that follows young Ralphie Parker on his quest for the ultimate Christmas gift—a Red Ryder BB gun.

Friday, December 11, begins with time for Christmas shopping at the Wisconsin Dells Outlet Mall. The group will then head to the Legacy Dinner Theater for “Christmas at the Dells,” featuring a delicious luncheon and spectacular holiday show. After the performance, there is mystery destination before heading back to the YMCA, with an expected arrival around 7:30 p.m.

Trip fees are $440 for single occupancy or $380 per person for double occupancy. The fee includes transportation by Lamers coach bus, buffet dinner and gratuity at the Fireside, theater tickets, hotel accommodations with breakfast, lunch and Legacy tickets, and scheduled tours.
